Getting Involved
The County of Santa Clara/Moscow Commission currently has available seats for those interested in supporting its mission and goals.
Meetings are held at the County Government Center, 70 W. Hedding St. San Jose, CA, 95110, at the Isaac Newton Senter Auditorium, from 7:00 to 8:45 p.m., on the second Monday of each month.
The purpose of the Commission is to promote mutually beneficial citizen-to-citizen diplomacy and relationships, in the areas of arts and culture, education and technology and sustainability.

Become a Commissioner – If you are interested in serving as a commissioner, view information on current vacancies. Once filled out, the application should be mailed to the address indicated in the application form.

The County of Santa Clara encourages the creation of Sister County affiliations to promote relationships that enhance the region's international profile; encourage mutual understanding; and foster cultural, educational, technological and business exchanges between people of Santa Clara County and the people of our sister communities.
