Getting Involved

The County of Santa Clara/Moscow Commission currently has available seats for those interested in supporting its mission and goals.

Meetings​ are held at the County Government Center, 70 W. Hedding St. San Jose, CA, 95110, at the Isaac Newton Senter Auditorium, from 7:00 to 8:45 p.m., on the second Monday of each month.

The purpose of the Commission is to promote mutually beneficial citizen-to-citizen diplomacy and relationships, in the areas of arts and culture, education and technology and sustainability.

Attend an Event – Information on upcoming events.

Join the Mailing List​ – Receive news and upcoming events information about the County of Santa Clara/ Moscow Commission. Please include name and mailing address information.  Email to: [email protected] ​

Become a Commissioner – If you are interested in serving as a commissioner, view information on current vacancies​.  ​Once filled out, the application should be mailed to the address indicated in the application form. ​​  

Make a Donation – Your tax-deductible contribution will support the programs of the County of Santa Clara/Moscow Commission.  The County of Santa Clara encourages the creation of Sister County affiliations to promote relationships that enhance the region's international profile; encourage mutual understanding; and foster cultural, educational, technological and business exchanges between people of Santa Clara County and the people of our sister communities.
